In our family we have many traditions brought from past family traditions but one that I started several years ago was to make a Chocolate roulade from Delia Smith's cookery book, for an alterative to Christmas pudding and mincepies on Christmas Day. My daughter in law who loves anything choc then asked me to make one for her the following year. Not to be outdone my step daughter then asked me too the following year and I now make 4 for each family, one for us and last year my friend Carol also had one!!

ReplyDeleteIt does look delicious- lol I'd be requesting one too!!!!! I don't like Christmas pudding, so we always look for an alternative!
