8th September - more views

Today I had our monthly all day crop which was lovely to scrap and chat, I managed to do all that I had planned.

Weather is decidedly cooler today but we have still had sunshine.

Here is our back garden view when I came home at 6pm this evening, Peter had washed some bed linen whilst I was out !

 At 7pm the sky had changed!

 and just before we closed the curtains

We haven't been out in the countryside(though we keep saying we must go and pick apples soon), so we haven't seen any fruit.in the hedge rows. We have plenty of tomatoes ripening in our garden

 and a second sowing of beetroot and lettuce is growing well!

Sadly the hanging baskets and tubs have finished and need emptying soon :(
