This is an area where I can sit in my garden in the shade and still enjoy this lovely warm summer weather

Tuesday - This season's favourite dish,
One of many new recipes from Slimming world this summer, Summer fruity coleslaw, messy edges LOL! 

 My portion had an interesting dressing of fromage frais, vinaigrette dressing, whole mustard grain and parley

A dessert called no freeze berry icecream . Frozen mixes berries and vailla yoghurt whizzed together

Now to show you that I am srill scrapping,...well just!! It was our team WC on UKS this week

As you can see Xanthe was 4 in June and starts school in September!!

We have had plenty of dwarf runners this year and had our first picking of runners at the weekend and this little fellow is our first cucumber this summer with more coming!
