Day 14 INSIDE the box

Today Joe's sausages order has arrived at our house for Slimming World tonight. Here it all is inside an insulating box!
Hope I have lost some weight tonight, finger's crossed!!!

    I'm sure you have lost some weight (positive thinking). I find the box of meats interesting. Where do you order it from? Is the premise behind SW's program a high protein, low carb diet? I like your picture because it is different.
