Thank you for good wishes and fingers crossed, lost 31/2 lbs last night so Christmas has nearly gone, 1more lb and then to lose 1 st by end of March, 2lb a week should do it!! Hope I am focused enough!

Good start Lynne.. I to and fro around my best weight but it is a stone less than my worst!

i thought of doing the washing machine too, but ours had dirty flannels in ready for a full load to join them
