Yesterday we had a really good day. One couple didn't come as they sadly had to have their 21yr old cat put to sleep. You saw the hat challenge collage, here they all are except me on the last night waiting for the show to start. August 2011

Sadly no group photo yesterday :( They are all coming to Hastings in the summer for fish and chips in the old Town :)

ReplyDeleteI have an orchids heading for it's third year of blooming, I think Amarillo arent for oldies, but those Christmas Cacti my grandmother used to have probably are! Hope you haven't got one of them! ;-) xxx

ReplyDeleteAmaryllis here grow in the ground outside. Ours are starting to bloom now. I have never seen one that color. It is beautiful. I have never heard that they are for old people but they are given as Christmas gifts in their "bulb" form. The bulbs multiply by themselves. We have more and more every year.
