Day 261 - BUGS

Well I didn't want to go bug hunting have shown you my artificial bug among my indoor plants so decided to tell you all WHAT BUGS ME!! Wonder how many of you will take this line today? How many things bug me, let's go and make a list!

  • Toilet seats left up by male people (not Peter I add)
  • Wash basin not cleaned after a wet shave (each night by Peter!)
  • Bonfires being lit at inconsiderate times or in hot sunny BBQ weather by neighbours!!
  • Swearing on buses in streets and in films. So unnecessary !! Plenty of other words to use
  • Spitting in the street
  • Rudeness of strangers at times, it doesn't cost to be polite and put your point of view over
  • smoking in the streets especially young females with children
  • Housework now I am retired!! you could do it everyday and it is the same next day IYKWIM!
  • Cold calling on the phone
  • Dog poo on the grass and pavements
Shall I continue...I think this is enough to be going on with LOL! Don't start me going I will sound like Anne :), Anne only joking!!
So my photo, who would believe I would put the seat up and take a photo of my toilet LOL!!
Had my DGD all day so whacked and just making some simple dinner for us before Peter is off to watch footie on TV with his friend, yes winter has started :(
Just to share as we are all sky fans in 2012...... Sun setting 30mins ago from the patio
Go 80 degrees left and the sky just catching the pink sky from the sun over the sea
I have just taken 2 more photos 30mins later before I post!!
 Just love this moody cloud!

Good news is a lovely day tomorrow and a cold clear night!!

  2. Many of your hates I agree with but at the moment the dog poo is winding me up no end. I am picking the blackberries in the field next door most days and all round the edge of the field (just where I am) is dog poo which stinks the are out. There are poo bins in the field for goodness sake why can't people use them?
Oh yes now I'm off my soap box, great sunset photos, I especially like the way you have shown us both directions.

  3. I agree with all your list, especially annoying is cold calls from someone with an Indian accent I find it impossible to understand them and get really cross. I've also had someone phone me back when I've put the phone down after telling them I'm not interested.

Back to the pleasant. Your skies are beautiful, I can't see sunset from where I am but I can see sunrises (if I'm up in time) which can be just as spectacular. I also have put a sky photo on my blog to day, but a mid day one I love the blueness of an autumn sky.

  5. The sunset views are fabulous, certainly need a few to make up for the rain in the summer! I love your list, I think most of us agree, I asked JB what my biggest bugbear is and she said probably the dishes!

  7. I agree with your list, Lynne!
This is a Zodiac sign Virgo!
    Beautiful sunsets!
/ I admit it - I live with two men - husband and son.
I always pick up the toilet seat. Trouble is, I often do that here - at work, in the ladies' room. Just a habit.
In the apartment of my parents, we had separate toilets. And so far in the men's room no one enters. After Dad died - this space was left for use by guests./

  9. I love the sunsets. They are absolutely gorgeous! One of my most favorite things in the world but where we are (more towards the east coast), I don't get to see many. I agree with a lot of your 'bugs' as well.
