Day 286 - 289 Retreat weekend

I am back from a wonderful retreat weekend with 9 wonderful ladies who have been friends online since we did a daily photo scrapping challenge daily called 365 challenge with Anna Bowkis. We try and meet at least twice a year.
Helen kindly sent me a daily text with the day's prompt for the photos and I used the weekend for each photo
Day 286 ARCHITECTURE -This was a Reading service station on M4 motor way. How often do we look at architecture on a motorway?
We took my friend Carol to stay here, 20 mins from where my retreat
This was our home in Wiltshire for the weekend
The back of the property had this huge conservatory which we used as our crop room
Day 287 - STREET SCENE
This was the Friday Street, Foxham where our holiday property was.
Looking down the street
Looking up the street, a really remote place!
DAY 288 - CHIMNEY
We had a lovely wood burning stove in the property
DAY 289 - DOOR
All packed to leave this morning
The front door as we left
Here are a few photos of us during the weekend

Not a very good photo but this is my finished canvas . We had a class from one of our group on Sunday.
A selection of photos making our sock monkeys, they definitely came alive over the weekend!
Here is mine 'Charlie' on arriving home!!
and becoming really naughty!! I caught him swinging on my canvas a few minutes ago!!
and finally the weekly challenge for last week
The criteria was 3 photos, a city, the title from a folksong /
nursery rhyme and homemade embellishments for 30points
